Log time off

For someone who told you in person, or for yourself. This is recorded as approved and blocks those dates on the dispatch board.

Spot check form

This is the form crew and managers fill in on their phones. Changes apply to future checks only — completed checks keep the questions they were scored on. Dropdown questions need everyone's app to be on the build that understands them — a phone on an older build would show one as a scored Yes/No.

Add extra pay

For crew who told you in person. This is recorded as approved and marked as entered by you.

Put a truck on hold

A held truck stays visible on every day's board but can't be dispatched. Its crew and jobs come off the route.

Best guess is fine for the date — the truck stays on hold and is flagged when the date passes. Nothing comes back into service on its own.
